Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and be familiar with utilizing SOAP notes for effective client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals, groups, and families.

• Utilize SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes format for all clients documentation to ensure detailed and accurate records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Stay current with best practices in counseling and social work.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Current state licensure as an LPC or LCSW.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in the use of SOAP notes for case documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
