Dottie Foster
Dottie Foster is a devoted professional with a deep-seated passion for guiding individuals and couples toward achieving wholeness in every aspect of their lives. Her aim is to help people become the best versions of themselves through sessions that are led with empathy, warmth, and a focused approach to uncovering and addressing the root causes of stress, depression, and anxiety. Dottie holds a foundational belief that, despite our various struggles and breaks, healing and growth are always possible.
With a rich educational background, Dottie has earned a B.A. in Family Life and an M.A. in Behavioral Health Counseling. She is a Certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator and a Certified Financial Literacy Coach. Dottie brings over two decades of experience in pastoral counseling to her practice, specializing in areas such as Blended Family Dynamics, Substance Abuse Recovery, and the fostering of Spiritual and Emotional Health.
Dottie and her husband, Stacey, collaborate to offer pre/post-marital counseling upon request. Like Dottie, Stacey is a certified SYMBIS facilitator and an experienced Relationship Coach, with an M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Moody Theological Seminary. Together, they provide a comprehensive support system for their clients.
Dottie is committed to being there for those in need, offering a listening ear and the promise of progress and healing. She looks forward to making meaningful connections and positively impacting lives through her work.
Stacey Foster
Stacey Foster is a dynamic leader and influencer in the fields of counseling, coaching, and consulting, currently serving as the President of Real Perspective Counseling Agency in Southfield, Michigan. Alongside his wife, Dottie, who serves as the CEO, Stacey has dedicated himself to making a positive impact on individuals and organizations having worked in corporate America as a senior leader for many years leading high performing teams.
Before joining Real perspective Stacey Pastored Life Changers International Ministries in Detroit, Michigan, for 22 years. His innovative and transparent approach to ministry transformed countless lives and earned them recognition as influential spiritual leaders in their community. Together, they invested substantial time and effort into fostering healthy relationships through their couples' ministry, "Fanning the Flame," catering to pre-engaged, engaged, and established marriages.
Educationally, Stacey holds a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Moody Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a second M.A. in Human Service Counseling – Addictions and Recovery.
