Position Title:  Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) / Licensed Limited Master Social Worker (LLMSW)

Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated LLPCs and LLMSWs who are in the process of completing their required supervised hours for full licensure and LLPCs and LLMSWs who have completed their hours and desire to gain more experiences. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors, you will provide mental health services, gaining valuable experience and professional skills in a supportive and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Conduct assessments and participate in the development of treatment plans.

• Document client progress and maintain confidential records in accordance with professional standards.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to review casework and receive feedback.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.

• Continue professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Limited License as a Professional Counselor (LLPC) or a Limited License as a Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in the state of Michigan.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to all professional standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients.

• A desire to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively within a team.

Supervision:

• Supervised hours will be provided as part of the employment to meet the requirements for full licensure.

• Supervisors are licensed professionals with extensive experience in the field.

• Regular feedback and professional development opportunities will be offered to support your growth as a mental health professional.
